I’ve been working intensely at getting deeper into Propellerheads’ Reason 8. I’ve been through so much gear and this finally seems to be a tool that allows me to have a workflow and creative expression that I’ve been looking for. I’m guessing it’s only a matter of time before I try and rewire Reason into Ableton Live but for now this is great. It’s so much fun making music in this environment. Thor, the modular synth of Reason is really amazing and just not as complicated as I thought it was when I first started breaking apart the various modules and understanding how they work together.
